We are overwhelmed with the response this year.  It's only May 4th and we are full!  We are taking names for a waiting list for now and will contact people in the order we receive them if any spots open up.

Registration opens on May 1st!

When registering your child, please make sure you hit submit at the end only one time.  You should receive a confirmation email right away.  If you do not receive confirmation, your child is not registered.  If you need assistance contact Trixie Leffers.

We have room for 96 teens.  We will close registration when we are full.

We have many volunteer spots filled already but are still looking for 1 photographer and 3 more counsellors.  Contact Trixie if you have any questions!

Some Details!!!

It's March and planning is well underway!!  Camp is booked for August 12 to 16, 2019. Our theme for this year is "Ready for Battle" and it's taken from Ephesians 6:10-17.  

Volunteer incentive!!  Volunteers will be able to register starting on April 1 and will be able to register their own children early to ensure a spot for them!  You will also be given a $25 discount for them!

Regular registration will open on May 1 and will be first come, first served.  The cost this year is $150 and we have room for 96 teens. (last year we had to turn a few kids away so don't delay!)

New this year:  We will have online registration and etransfer available.  Look at you, saving paper and time!! :) 

What to expect at camp

Upon arrival you will receive a T-shirt and bandana in your team colour.  You are expected to wear your bandana for the whole week and it must be secured and visible at all times.  You will be told when to wear your camp shirt. 

You will be assigned to a room with friends that you requested on your registration form.  Each room sleeps 4 to 6 teens in bunk beds.  

Throughout the week you will participate in sports such as volleyball, soccer and basketball, challenges, games and devotions with your team.  Your team will have 2 adult counsellors who are there to guide and support you!  You will be treated to lots of good meals and snacks throughout your day :)  There will be 3 presentations (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings)  You will learn some Bible verses and songs, enjoy campfires, and free time.  

Thursday evening you will put on a talent show with your team!  This is one of the highlights of the week and is sure to have you laughing!  

Friday morning after breakfast we will clean up and pack up, then have a parent coffee social with a short program including a slide show highlighting the week's activities.  

This is a week that is sure to be etched in your memory for a lifetime!  

Planning has begun!

We are well into the planning stages and are excited to run another week of camp this summer!  The date is set for August 12-16.  We will be looking for lots of volunteers and exploring some new ideas!  Stay tuned for more details!!
